Sensapnea clinical study: new scientific paper

Let’s highlight here this scientific paper published in Frontiers in Neuroscience, about the Sensapnea clinical study.

This prospective study aimed to answer the question: is the Obstructive Respiratory Disturbance Index (ORDI) calculated from the automatic analysis of mandibular movements similar to the ORDI obtained using in-home PSG?

The study concluded that the agreement in ORDI between Sunrise and in-home PSG manually scored by two expert centers (CHU Grenoble Alpes and Imperial College London) was similar to the agreement between the two independent sleep laboratories.

In this video, Dr Kelly walks us through the findings on the Sensapnea study on 40 patients undergoing in-home PSG with concomitant mandibular movements recording using Sunrise for the detection of OSA.
